HOTEL RATES
$145 Industry Traveler (plus taxes, currently 12.5%)
$99 Government Rate or current per diem for Government Personnel Only.
In order to receive the government rate you must be an employee of the Federal Government.
Based on availability, the conference rates will be available three days prior and three days following the conference.
CUT-OFF DATE: Friday, October 31, 2008
All reservations must be received by Friday, October 31, 2008. The hotel room block will be held until October 31, 2008, or until the block is filled, whichever comes first, so we recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible. All reservations must be accompanied by one night's deposit plus tax, or guaranteed by a major credit card. Deposits are only refundable for cancellations occurring three days prior to arrival.
