Efforts to make the DMC Conference and Exhibits as valuable and state-of-the-art as possible are continuous. Your participation is appreciated and valued and it is our intent to do everything within our ability to maintain your loyalty. With this goal in mind, we are pleased to provide each exhibitor with a SecureLead retrieval system this year. This system is state-of-the-art, and once the data has been retrieved, can be used in a number of ways to assist you in successful marketing efforts.

Each registrant for the 2008 DMC Conference will register with the basic logistics of address, telephone number, fax number, etc. Badges will be electronically produced along with a lead retrieval card. The registrant will carry the card with them throughout the exposition. As the attendee visits your booth, you insert their card into the reader in your booth, then it immediately displays and stores the registrant’s profile data.

Each exhibitor must have the following capabilities in order to utilize the SecureLead retrieval system:

• Exhibitors must provide their own laptop in the booth to connect with the system reader
• Must be able to install software and have administrative rights to do so (software will be made available to exhibitors prior to the conference to facilitate admin installation.)
• Windows machine, not compatible with Mac
