DMC WORLD DJ CHAMPIONSHIP

Can you imagine a party without the presence of a DJ or his hippy music? The music that we all enjoy when we are out clubbing and high on the party spirits are sapling out from some corner. The platform served to these DJs is DMC World DJ Championship. It was first started in London in 1985 at DMC’s first DJ convention. The first event was won by Roger Johnston a young Londoner. Its venue was at Hippodrome – London’s largest club then.

The DMC Battle for World Supremacy is another event that is a knock out round which has the highest spirits of excitement. Here, the judgment is passed immediately by the jury by flashing their flash cards No.1 or No.2. The last segment is a team event called the DMC World DJ Team Championship. The teams can comprise of two, three or four members.
